FLORIDA TASK FORCE 6 | DEPLOYED

Six firefighters from Iona McGregor Fire District, who are members of Florida Task Force 6 (FL-TF 6), have been deployed to North Florida in preparation for the potential impacts of Hurricane Isaias.

These highly trained firefighters are part of a multi-agency Urban Search & Rescue team equipped to respond when communities need help most. FL-TF 6 members stand ready to assist with search and rescue operations, emergency response, and other critical support as conditions require.

The team have left their families and community behind to answer the call and help protect and support those who may be impacted by the storm.

We are incredibly proud of the team and grateful for their commitment to serving others, not only in our community, but wherever they are needed.

Stay safe, FL-TF 6! We’ll be thinking of the entire team and looking forward to your safe return home. 🇺🇸FLORIDA TASK FORCE 6 | ACTIVATED
