Today was a special day!
We had the honor of standing beside our fellow first responders to support a brave young boy named Mason and his family as they left Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida.
Doctors recently discovered a brain tumor and after undergoing surgery to remove it, Mason got to go home and we were there to surprise and cheer him on.

Station 73 had the opportunity to attend acquired structure training in the City of Fort Myers, where they learned from one of the best in the game, Iona McGregor Fire Engineer Jon Lockwood.
Lockwood led a hands-on course in commercial vertical ventilation, sharing important safety techniques and construction insights that help keep crews safe during one of the most high-risk operations they face.
